This is a somewhat belated but very sincere Congratulations and Thanks to Atlas Communications but in particular to the staff at Irongray House.
I was one of those daft customers who left Atlas two years ago because of a cheaper deal elsewhere … I paid the cost,believe me !!!!! but came back to Atlas as soon as I could.
From the very first call to your company a pleasant and efficient receptionist put me through to Mo Sabur who from the first few words impressed me with his attitude, knowledge and competence. Thanks to Mo I now have a new mobile delivering calls text and emails. Nothing was a problem during the transfer from BT back to Atlas.
Whilst talking to Mo he suggested I also had a word with Scott about my business landline and again I was treated with respect and given all the information I required.
I am now fortunate to be a customer who can genuinely say that I have an excellent service for both mobile and landline and know that at any time I can request a face to face meeting with staff who take their customer service seriously and genuinely give the impression of being pleased to do so.
